At Bittersweet Farm, we are committed to making a positive impact on our community. Each week the children look forward to running our farm stand where all the profits are donated to a local Rhode Island Children's Charity. We strongly believe that bringing different generations together can lead to a more caring and connected community. One of the most heart-warming moments of the week is our Teddy bear tea parties, where we invite elderly community members from a local nursing home to join us at the farm for an afternoon of tea, snacks, and conversation. Witnessing the children and elders care for one another is a moving sight, it shows us that union of future and past generations bring value to human interactions.

Bittersweet Farm Children’s Farm Camp is now in its tenth year! It is a unique opportunity for your child to experience and engage in farm activities. These hands-on experiences provide the children with invaluable learning opportunities. Allowing them to return to a place where they can lose themselves in nature while exploring and enjoying themselves in a secure, protective, and caring environment. Where every child is respected and treated like part of the family.
